The trend of sexting – sending electronic images of sexual acts and/or unclothed individuals – is rapidly growing in our society, especially among our youth. It can be as simple as a young lady taking a nude photo of herself and sending it to her trusted boyfriend via her cell phone. Within a matter of seconds, that image could be distributed to potentially hundreds of people.

By this time in the summer, many families have already taken their vacation and are looking forward to the fall, while others prefer to wait until cooler temperatures in September for their annual getaways. Still others are busily planning next year’s trip.

Pennsylvania is facing a multi-billion dollar budget shortfall, and one of the proposals on the table involves privatizing the state monopoly known as the Wine and Spirits Shoppes in our Commonwealth.
